Arthur Rader slumped in his seat as the late-night bus rattled along the road. Out the window was the fading neon glow of the downtown. He closed his eyes but couldn't sleep. The day's endless cascade of meetings and data analysis kept rotating in his mind. Veridian Harvest, his employer, was a beacon of efficiency and professionalism. But lately, this relentless pace felt more like a cage.
His personal device then chimed. A notification flashed across the screen: "BioGenesis Labs: Unlock your potential. Tired of time constraints? Explore advanced cloning solutions."
His finger brushed against the screen, causing the ad to take over his screen. It showcased a sleek lab and a serene-looking scientist in a white coat. Further down, the ad detailed this cutting-edge clone technology. They promised "optimized productivity" and "effective task delegation".
