Tales of the Future
You are here because you’re interested in science-fiction. Beyond the constant stream of dreary tales, there’s a need for stories that don’t take place in yet another dystopia.
A better future is a policy choice. Or alternatively a worse future may also be a result of the choices we make. We have agency in our lives, and we should work towards better worlds.
Science-fiction is a way to explore possible futures. Not all of them are going to be naively optimistic, but neither should they be naively pessimistic. Technology and progress can enhance our lives in we choose.
If you agree, you’re in the right place!

Not your parent's romcom
My palms were sweaty. My cheeks flush with humiliation at what I was doing. The whole thing sounded ridiculous — paying a month’s rent to an AI called ‘Serendipity’ to find love. Yet blind dates neve…

In addition to short stories, there are also longer serialized stories that you can read. More are coming soon, and each chapter will be released a week until finished. These stories are only available for paid members, so now would be a great time for that free trial.

Now that Popeye has entered the public domain, I am writing a science-fiction story starring the sailor in an entirely new adventure. This story will be told over the next thirteen weeks exclusively available to members. If you’re not a member, now’s a great time to join.
